Join local chef and cookbook author, Rinku Bhattacharya, to make three delicious recipes while learning tips and techniques that can be applied to any meal you make in the Instant Pot, Indian or otherwise. All participants will receive a copy of Rinku’s cookbook, Instant Indian; at the end of class, we’ll enjoy our meal together. All levels welcome!

Tikka Masala with your choice of protein (shrimp, chicken, or tofu)
- Poached Apricots with Whipped Cream
