ServSafe Manager provides the approved food safety training required by 2017 FDA Food Code for retail food establishments in Colorado.
This training comes with a study guide, 1 - day training, lunch, and proctored exam. Study guides are also available in Spanish, Chinese, and Korean. Should you desire a language other than English, please contact Nicole at [email protected] or 970-382-6461.
Day 1: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (class), 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm (exam)
You have 2 hours to complete the exam; you may or may not need all of this time. However, please plan your schedule for the day assuming you will.
Please pick up your book from the Archuleta County Extension office, 344 Highway 84, Pagosa Springs. Call to confirm date and time for book pick up (970) 264-5931. Alternatively, you may opt to have your book mailed to you for a fee of $11.00.
