Music by the Bay will include scholarship awards, live and silent auctions, a delicious luncheon, live entertainment and much more. The Hayward-Tri-City Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. has served the Tri-City and Southern Alameda County community for over 30 years. This year, we are excited to announce our 18th annual fundraising event, Music by the Bay at Scott's Seafood Restaurant. The afternoon will include a presentation of our 2022 scholarship awards, live and silent auctions, a delicious luncheon, live entertainment, and much more. COVID-19 All guests are required to show proof of full vaccination status (booster preferred) AND proof of a negative COVID-19 test PCR or Antigen, taken within 48 hours of the event. Digital and paper vaccine records are accepted. Masks are required and should be worn at all times when not actively eating or drinking. Requirements are subject to change based on Alameda County & City of Oakland guidelines. Refund Policy If the event has to be canceled due to Venue/County/State requirements a refund will be issued to guests. Otherwise, no refunds will be issued for cancellation.
