This yoga class is a refreshing new twist on a Saturday night! Come flow to the music and stay for the social hour to follow! This is a fun and playful ashtanga vinyasa class with upbeat music including Grateful Dead, Pink Floyd, Bob Marley, The Doors, Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Led Zepplin, Rusted Root, David Bowie, Elton John and many others! Flow to the music and funky lights…..and build upper body and core strength too! All levels and abilities are welcome! I will break down certain movements, so everyone knows what to do, and I'm happy to answer any questions before, after or during class. If at anytime you feel like just watching and taking a break that's fine too! You can have fun and learn a lot just by watching. No judgement! Good vibes only! After class you are welcome to join us downstairs at the brewery! *Blocks and straps are recommended but not required. Please bring your own. This studio does not have any to rent or borrow.
