Today, educators across the nation are overwhelmed, under resourced, and emotionally and physically exhausted. As educational leaders, we, and the educators with whom we serve, are Ignitors of Hope! Our students, their families and our colleagues and staff need for us to step into this leadership role, more than ever before.
