Young cockatiel was hand feed as baby but sense I have had him he hasn’t really warmed up to me he acts scared of me all the time and dosnt like my dogs. So do to trying to bond and he doesn’t seem to want to I am having to let him go to a better family that he will hopefully be more comfortable with. He comes with cage accessories and all his food and treats and toys.
