International Women's Day Circle and Celebration Dear Sisters... The time has come to gather in unity and sisterhood, and to honor the significant and magnificent contributions of women worldwide. Join us for a healing, uplifting, and EXPRESSIVE International Women's Day celebration and circle, honoring the powerful and exquisite gifts of the feminine in all Her shapes and forms. (International Women's Day is March 8 every year, this will be the day after). In this potent time around International Women's Day of 2022, we will feast, circle, share, dance, express, and deeply connect. This is a night to acknowledge where you've been, ground into where you are now, and envision where you want to go. A night to pay homage to the lineage of women you have come from, and create your own lineage of empowerment for the future to come. We will gather in our beautiful, spacious Powur Headquarters in Carlsbad, California. Schedule for the evening: 6-6:45p: Socializing Time and Potluck Meal: Please bring a potluck dish or item to share, drinks will be provided. 7-9:00p: Circle and Celebration: Please bring something for our center altar that represents your own lineage of women that you come from (for example, a necklace from your grandmother, a gift from your mother, a photo of your great grandmother, or anything that reminds you of your own lineage of women- either your own blood relatives or any non-related women who raised you or influenced who you are now). *All women welcome. Masks are optional, please do what makes you feel most safe. Laura J. Swan, MA, ERYT, CHLC is a trained psychotherapist, an intuitive healer and coach, and a psychic medium who has been facilitating women's circles for over 24 years. In her women's events and her private intuitive healing sessions, Laura has inspired and supported thousands of women to come home to their power and purpose, heal and find their true voice, and to listen to their innate intuition, vision, and inner guidance. She has traveled extensively, leading and working with women and girls in regions all over the world: such as in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, South America, and all over the United States. She leads a women's retreat in Ireland each year, and currently has a private practice where she sees women both in person and virtually. Laura was recently featured as one of San Diego's most inspiring women entrepreneurs in SD Voyager Magazine, and awarded the Desire to Inspire Foundations annual award for her leadership and life's work. She is the auther of Reclaim Your Power: A journey through archetypes to remember, reclaim, and rebirth your true feminine power and wholeness. , and the creator of the Reclaim Your Power program for women.  She currently lives with her husband, Jonathan, their two children: Luna and Maui, and their dog and chickens on their urban farm in Southern California.
