Join us for a live-streamed event unveiling a mural celebrating the work of Camila Chavez and the Dolores Huerta Foundation Join representatives of the Foundation, California policymakers, and former recipients of the Leadership Awards on Friday March 25, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. to honor Camila Chávez of the Dolores Huerta Foundation, as a 2022 Leadership Award recipient. The live streamed recognition ceremony will include brief remarks from the Foundation, Ms. Chávez, and [policy makers name]. The event will conclude with unveiling a unique mural by artist [award-winning?] Brandon Thompson commemorating her work to strengthen underrepresented communities by training and inspiring the next generation of leaders.
