Good Company Yoga and State & Frink have teamed up! Join us for a 60 minute vinyasa yoga class with Sallie from Good Company Yoga inside State and Frick's local art gallery. After class, sip UpDog Kombucha as you browse local art. Ticket includes yoga + 2 updog kombucha drinks! Please bring your own mat. Pre-registration is required. About State & Frink: The walls at State and Frink are filled with beautiful, original works of art by local artists that are members of the Cayce Arts Guild. About UpDog Kombucha: Started by two women from Charlotte, NC with a passion for kombucha and healthy living. As college students, they began brewing kombucha as a hobby in their door rooms.
