Description

We will be planting around 200 trees along two streets and in a park in beautiful Marion, South Carolina to combat flooding! There will be two meeting points for the tree planting, along Green Street and South Main Street, and around the park near Grice’s Recreational Center! There will be parking available in the Marion High School parking lot and near the Rec center. Two shifts available: 9am-noon and 1pm-4pm. Feel free to stay for one or both shifts. Wear clothes appropriate for the weather and bring any gloves/shovels/digging tools, but many will be provided.
