Small, growing company seeks Mechanic/Technician, including those seeking entry-level positions. Job Description: Equipment maintenance and repair, including small diesel engines, hydraulics, and electronics. Opportunity: Full-time, (part-time considered), health insurance, paid time off, travel if desired, opportunities for advancement and further training. Good hourly rate depending on experience. Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs. • Basic skills/experience with tools • Basic computer skills Desirable, (but not required), abilities and experience, in order of importance from most important to least: • Knowledge of any engine maintenance or repair • Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and 12 volt electrical systems • Knowledge of off-highway diesel engines • Any surveying experience • Any experience in the ground-mounted solar industry • Ability to travel, sometimes alone • A valid drivers license, and valid insurance if you own a vehicle • Ability to read electrical schematics • Intermediate to advanced computer skills • Ability to drive fork lift, (certification) • Knowledge of soldering and/or welding processes a plus • CAD experience a plus • Logistics experience a plus
