We are looking to hire a responsible, organized, self-motivated individual to supervise the installation of steel and wood sheds at our client's locations. Are you a team player, looking for a consistent schedule, join our team, and build something great. Offering a consistent work schedule Mon- Fri 7:00 am-3:30 pm with optional overtime. Responsibilities: Supervise the manufacturing and installation of Steel, and Wood sheds at client's locations. Maintain a safe and clean work environment at or production facility, and at installation sites. Secure tools and equipment daily, supervise shop production and ensure that trailers are loaded safely to comply with company standards. Must be able to work well with others in a team environment, be professional and courteous to our customers. Perform necessary customer service duties: Invoicing customers, processing payments, providing warranty repairs, and maintaining company service standards. Report to the General Manager any damaged inventory, delays in production, and inform of any changes in production scheduled. Qualifications: 1-2 years of supervisory experience in basic construction or related fields Skilled in equipment for building sheds: Table saw, skill saw, chop saw, basic hand tools, and measuring devices. Valid AZ driver's license and provide a current MVR, this is required to drive all company vehicles. Ability to handle physical workload, lift 50 lbs, and work in an outside environment. Must have strong math skills and can complete basic invoice and order forms. Ability to be flexible and work well in a fast-paced environment.
