Join us in person at the Zoo You’re Invited: Maricopa Family Support Alliance All Member In-Person Meeting Friday, March 25, 2022 10-11:30 a.m. Phoenix Zoo It is hard to fathom that it has been two years since we were all together in-person in one space. And yet as an Alliance we have continued to connect, using technology to keep our relationships strong and our network robust. That is why we are so very joyful about this next meeting! Please join us on March 25th from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Phoenix Zoo, in the Plaza de los Niños. This in-person, outdoor meeting will focus on time to reconnect and network. Light pastries, coffee and tea will also be provided. Please click the RSVP button below to register your attendance. This event requires a ticket provided by the MFSA – and available with sign-in just beyond the Zoo’s ticket booths upon your arrival – so it is critical you register prior to the event date. Be sure to register no later than Tuesday, March 22nd at 5 p.m. With this new space comes a few new considerations: • It’s Friday! At the Zoo! With old and dear friends! Please consider this a “casual Friday” meeting and dress comfortably. The venue is also a bit of a walk from the front entrance with a few inclines and declines so wear your best walking shoes. • If you have concerns about access or mobility, please email [email protected] so we can ensure you are able to join us without worry. • By 10am on a lovely Friday, the parking lot can be a bit packed, so please provide enough time upon arrival to park and check-in at the MFSA table. Registration will open at 9:30 a.m. and close at 10:15 a.m. After 10:15 a.m. you will not be able to pick up your MFSA-provided ticket. • When you check-in you will be given your ticket and a map. Additionally, the zoo will have purple signage directing you to our space and our wonderful Steering Committee members will be stationed along the route to get you there. • We will be following all appropriate CDC and public health protocols for everyone’s safety. • Did we mention we’re at the Zoo? And the best part, once the meeting is complete, your ticket allows you to remain and enjoy the afternoon. • Finally, it is key you RSVP your attendance. Due to space and the ticketing requirements, you must be pre-registered to join. To say we are excited would be an understatement! We cannot wait to see you on March 25th! The Maricopa Family Support Alliance was formed in April 2011 as a means to better connect family support service providers in support of families in Maricopa County.
