We are looking for a Full-Time Day Porter/Janitorial new candidate in our Santa Rosa, CA area! Santa Rosa/Rohnert Park/ Healdsburg area Driver license required ! Property Maintenance Duties: Performs exterior cleaning duties at assigned job sites Picks up debris from the parking lots and property grounds Empties trash receptacles as needed Sweeps sidewalks Cleans window sills Removes cobwebs and graffiti Report issues/problems on job sites (illegal dumping, damaged fixtures, etc.) Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications/Requirements: Must have reliable transportation. No education required, however a High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must be detail oriented. Must be willing and able to work outdoors to perform all cleaning duties of a shopping center/work site. Applicants must be comfortable with heavy lifting (50-75 pounds). Other physical requirements include: Standing for long periods of time, carrying, use of hands and arms, ability to crouch, kneel, and crawl. Must be able to see, speak, hear, and smell. Must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds normally and occasionally up to 75 pounds. Must also be willing and able to work on site in a multitude of different weather conditions. Must be willing to work on Holidays and weekend if needed. Must also be able to communicate via cell phone and operate a cell phone in order to send photos and text messages to supervisor.
