Hello, Evergreen Ridge Apartments () is currently looking for two qualified, on-site maintenance technicians to join our San Bruno team! The Job We are currently in the process of updating our turns, replacing old interior doors and updating closets, baseboards, heaters, etc. so you will be kept busy. We do ask our maintenance staff to paint and help manage the grounds, but we do our best to support our staff through vendors and additional contractors as well. We do not want to burn you out or run you into the ground. Apartment maintenance experience required. Turnover and work orders. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, grounds, etc. Must have current driver’s license, reliable transportation (truck preferred) and your own tools. Starting hourly pay is competitive, varying on your experience and size of your apartment. The Team Along with our current two maintenance techs (one onsite), we also have a full-time porter on the property, onsite manager and leasing agent. (We’re also looking for a full-time leasing agent if you know of anyone?). This staff is a fun group who enjoys working and laughing with one another. We think you'll like them. The Community Evergreen Ridge is a beautiful apartment community in San Bruno on the So. San Francisco, Daly City boarder, minutes from Pacifica and San Francisco. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and all major freeways are also just a few miles away, which makes living onsite a great benefit. The onsite staff has lived there for years, with children attending nearby schools and can give you additional information about what life is like onsite and in the area as well.
