At Dudley’s Bakery, we take pride in what we do. Currently we are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to strengthen our team. GENERAL SUMMARY Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance, repair, and upkeeps of facilities, equipment, and furnishings. CORE SCOPE OF POSITION • Maintains the facility • Repairs minor plumbing on emergency basis throughout the facility. • Maintains roof and drainage • Performs preventative maintenance including equipment throughout the facility. • Maintains interior and exterior walls and surfaces by painting, plastering, and/or general repairing. • Ensures proper working condition of doors and windows; makes emergency repairs as necessary. • Performs minor carpentry and other construction work as necessary. • Moves and assembles furniture. • Ensures a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within scope of responsibility. • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. • General janitorial duties including, but not limited to: Pick up and dispose any trash in proper containers, Disinfect areas using cleaning and sanitizing solutions; ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift 50 pounds throughout the shift daily. Maintain good relations with co-workers and follow management direction. Punctuality, attendance, strong work ethics, teamwork and accountability are essential. Ability to work in fast paced environment with highest quality standards, efficiency, and speed Must be hard-working and detail oriented. Working weekends, holidays, and night shifts. Follow company employee handbook, procedures, signs and other safety and health policies and standards. California driver’s license required.
