I had a disturbing experience this morning with a man impersonating a law enforcement officer. He was wearing a black or dark navy blue uniform with the last name of “Singh” on the lapel. He was wearing Customs and Border Protection patches. Yeah weird, huh? We’re not at the border or airport. He wanted to see my ID but when I asked to see his badge he wouldn’t produce it. I called the police and then he left in a dark purple Honda Accord hybrid. Not an official vehicle. I also called the CBP to report this. If such a man approaches you while walking don’t stop. Continue walking and call 911!
