LARGO, FL — A pedestrian was killed Saturday while walking across Missouri Avenue in Largo. Largo police were called to the scene at 10:51 p.m. The man had just left the Luke's Sports Shack bar at 999 Missouri Ave. N. and was walking across Missouri Avenue when a southbound pickup truck struck him. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. Police believe he was intoxicated when he walked into the road.
