I-55 Bridge Deck Patching In Bolingbrook Scheduled

BOLINGBROOK, IL - The Illinois Department of Transportation announced Friday that deck patching on the southbound Interstate 55 bridge over Illinois 53, in Bolingbrook, will require the right lane to be closed from midnight, Nov. 16 until 2 p.m. Saturday, weather permitting. According to the IDOT, motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through this area. Drivers are also urged to pay close attention to flaggers and signs in the work zones, obey the posted speed limits and be on the alert for workers and equipment.
