Kick Box Sculpt is a Cardio Kickboxing/Total Body Sculpt Mash-Up class taught by April Mack! She has been a motivational group fitness coach for 9 years and is certified in Kickboxing, Self Defence, and Lagree Method. She is the creator of a cardio kickboxing method called Kick Box Sculpt. KBS is guaranteed to make you sweat, get stronger, and leave feeling inspired.  This will be at So So Spiffy Saturday March 5th at 9am. Our address is 1218 2nd Ave North Bham, AL 35203. Come sweat then shop! So So Spiffy, a local staging and interior design company, is proud toannounce its new retail endeavor, Shopping Shindig. This once-a-month sale will take place attheir new warehouse downtown and provide curated collections of designer furniture, art, andhome accessories up to 60% off. The Shopping Shindig is held the first weekend of each month.
