Start your weekend with a class featuring the local instructors from the Lake Nona Performance Center. Join us each Saturday morning at Boxi Park along with local fitness instructors from the Lake Nona area to engage in variety of diverse fitness classes. Each week will feature a different style of training. Classes are only $5 (plus EB fee) but space is limited to ensure proper social distancing. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a prompt start time. Classes are 45 minutes. What is Strong Nation?Strong Nation is a total-body workout where every move is synced to the beat.
