MANCHESTER, CT — The latest winter storm has prompted a parking ban in Manchester. The ban will be in effect from 12:01 a.m Friday until 6 a.m. Saturday, police said Authorities want no vehicles parked on public streets to allow crews "to work efficiently and safely during the winter weather event."
