Press release from the Baltimore County Police Department: February 24, 2022 The Baltimore County Police Department's 161st Recruit Class will graduate today, February 24. The ceremony is scheduled at 4 p.m. and will be held in the Theatre at CCBC-Essex, located at 7201 Rossville Blvd., 21237. Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski will join Chief Melissa R. Hyatt in addressing the recruit class. Chief Hyatt will be joined by Chief Edward Jackson, Annapolis Police Department; Sheriff Scott Adams, Cecil County Sheriff's Department; and Lieutenant Kathleen Ford, Elkton Police Department to present the diplomas. The Honorable Julie Ensor, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will administer the oath of office.
