East Haven police logs, Feb. 16-22: Feb. 17 Celina Elizabeth Tarantelli, 21, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Emily Lynn Balisciano, 39, of East Haven, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Feb. 18 Nancy Hook, 60, of East Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct. Feb. 21 Frank J. Ruggiero, 46, of East Haven, second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace. Lindsay E. Butler, 32, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree failure to appear. Wesley A. Rovira, 22, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct. Feb. 22 Frank W. Bailey, 62, of East Haven, was charged with disorderly conduct.
