I have a small 800 sq ft house that needs a remodel. I am truly hurting. I have hired multiple construction people, and all of them have made the situation worse, including stealing all my cabinets, toilets, vanitys, carpet, drywall, exc. I have sued two different places and won judgements for over $80,000 but have yet to receive a penny. Because of this, an elderly woman became homeless. I am in a very very tough place, as bankruptcy is all I am left with. I have very little money to get this property fixed to sell. It is a small house and has been gutted. It is ready for the visible improvements to begin. Its a very simple home... 2 small bedrooms, living room, bathroom, kitchen/entrance.
I need help, Im asking for help... I could have you live there while you remodel, I could offer trade of something, (Im a sports collector) or I could pay when the house sells... I am hoping that a quick fix and sale can happen. I need a good person to be in my corner...
