Here are the five top stories in Boulder today: Imagine if the Marshall Fire had been at Rocky Flats — what a mess that would've been. An out–of-control grass fire at Rocky Flats would disperse suspended radionuclides far beyond the site's perimeter and could cause a public health hazard for tens thousands of people. (CO Newsline)Former Boulder City Council candidate should have reported legal expenses on campaign disclosures. A Boulder judge determined that press releases that were used by Steve Rosenblum were for the primary purpose of supporting his City Council race. Both sides claimed the ruling as a 'win.' (CO Daily) Missing Longmont man's remains found. Saza Lee went for a bicycle ride last September and never returned home. His disappearance was a mystery until last week when human remains were found near Sandstone Ranch, and yesterday the Boulder County Coroner confirmed that the remains were Lee's. (7News) U.S. Transportation Secretary visits Colorado and says "I-70 expansion at Floyd Hill will help Colorado and nation." Pete Buttigieg met with Colorado leaders on Thursday as he toured the state's transportation systems. Floyd Hill is one of Colorado's top transportation projects, and is set to receive hundreds of millions of dollars from the 2021 bipartisan infrastructure bill.
