Cat needing a new home

Hello Neighbors, I need to surrender my cat, Nala. I can no longer care for her. She’s a loving cat and likes to cuddle. She’s independent and prefers to be the only animal in the home. She’s 6 years old and is spayed and received her rabies shot. She Has not been outside (except for vet visits and relaxing on the balcony). She has a cat tree and litter box.
