LONG VALLEY, NJ — Washington Township is seeking proposal requests to allow agricultural activities on two portions of one property, according to the township.
Requests for Proposals are scheduled to be accepted and opened at 10 a.m. on March 16 at the Municipal Building on 43 Schooleys Mountain Road.
Agricultural activity will be permitted on two segments of Block 34, Lot 46.04, according to Washington Township's website.
A four-acre tract being used as a pasture could be for "pasture or agricultural activity," said the township said.
The second segment is 20 acres that is in use now for farming, said the township.
