Must be available for Thursday evening rehearsal. We’re not the Sunday morning praise band. This is an outreach ministry based in the north end of Norfolk. Vocals would be a plus but not necessary.I am in my 60's looking for Band wanting to gig; mostly part time 2-3 gig's month. I'm a 23 year old dude from Minnesota who just moved to Junction. I've been a musician all my life in lots of ways. Trained in singing for my whole life, and a classical pianist. I'm marginal at drums, and acoustic guitar/power chords on the ol electric. I am very into most genres (Sorry, no country) but I really enjoy playing and singing to Alt, Alt rock, Funk, and Folk. Some of my favorite artists - Electric Guest, Jon Bellion, Vulfpeck, Cory Wong, Cage the Elephant, Bad Suns, Magic City Hippies, Young the Giant, Marvin Gaye Shoot me a text! Lets see if we can get together and jam! I am a seasoned singer, guitarist, banjo & harp player. I am looking for other like minded musicians (male or female) to get together and have a good time harmonizing and playing great music. If it takes off, it takes off and we get a few gigs, practice a few times a month. Working established kick ass Metal/Hard Rock both cover band with some originals too looking for rhythm guitar and bassist. Plenty of gigs lined up and waiting. You must have serious chops. You must know you're place in a band as part of the rhythm section with the drummer and stay out of the way of the lead guitarist and the lead vocalist. We are a group of musicians that have been around a while and are putting together a new band with a front person. Three of us have played together for a while and have a song list of >80 songs covering classic and newer rock and pop music. The new fourth member is coming up to speed very quickly so getting this up and running is not going to be a long-term effort.
