Company: Our rapidly growing RIA is looking for an employee to join our team in Pleasanton! Mirador Capital Partners is a Registered Investment Advisor whose focus is on wealth management and financial planning for individuals, families, institutions, and businesses. Position: The Office Coordinator and Administrative Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients entering our office. They will be responsible for providing administrative assistance throughout the office and providing support to the executive team in various capacities. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of administrative duties: Providing administrative assistance to and managing the calendars of the executive teamCoordinating meetings (in person, online) and lunchesManaging sensitive paperwork for our clients with a high degree of care and privacyProviding technical assistance and working with our tech vendorsCoordinating travel arrangements including lodging and flightsAnswering and screening telephone calls in a professional and timely mannerManaging client bank depositsDistributing daily internal/external mail and overnight packagesOrdering and maintaining suppliesCoordinate and support a wide variety of projects Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeMust be able to provide the highest quality service to our clients at all timesMust be a team player. We are a small team who rely on each other's helpAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructionsStrong technical skillsFamiliarity with technical equipment and programs (Wi-Fi, Zoom, video conferencing etc.)Must be willing to adapt to new tasks as they arise Education: A high school diploma is required. A college degree is desirable though not mandatory. Required Experience: The candidate should have work experience in an office environment, preferably in financial services. Experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar would be helpful but is not required. As an employee at Mirador, you will be working at the Tri-Valley's premier wealth management firm.
