Press release from the City of Shaker Heights: March 23, 2020 Sewer Work on Chagrin Blvd. On Wednesday, March 25 the City will start a sewer repair project on Chagrin Blvd. in front of Wendy's restaurant. Traffic will be maintained in both directions, but one lane will be closed during the day for construction. Police will be on site to direct traffic and motorists should anticipate delays.
