Missing Boy, 6, Last Seen With Father On Feb 11: Philly Police

PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are asking for help locating a missing boy who was last seen with his father. Naseer Humphrey, 6, was last seen leaving the 35th Police District Headquarters, 5960 N. Broad St., at about 6 p.m. on Feb. 11 with his father, Abdul Humphrey, 40. Police said there is a custody order detailing Abdul Humphrey was to return Naseer to his mother at 6 p.m. on Feb. 13. Neither Abdul nor Naseer have been located, and there is an active warrant issued by Family Court for Abdul Humphrey. Police said Naseer is 4 feet tall and weighs 73 pounds. He has a medium build, light complexion, brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a puffy black jacket with fur on the hood, blue sweatpants, and black New Balance sneakers.
