Looking for horse to lease

I am an experienced rider looking for a horse to lease or ride if the owner is unable/ doesn't have time. I have been an English show jumper my entire life and have my own saddle. I have experience with dressage as well but would be okay with any kind of riding as my horse recently passed away. I can come out after work and on weekend to ride, groom, or lunge your horse. If I'm able to lease a horse than can jump that would be even better. Willing to travel up to 1 hour from Sarasota.
