TULLYTOWN, PA — The Tullytown Borough Police Department is currently searching for the operator of a vehicle that was involved in a recent hit-and-run incident. Security footage shows a grey four-door pickup truck with a black cargo bed driving through a local parking lot around the time of the incident.
