GILROY, CA — The Gilroy Library is serving as a warming center this week as the National Weather Service issued a freeze warning for the Bay Area through Thursday night. The library is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. It's one of several warming centers throughout Santa Clara County that are open this week as temperatures have plunged below freezing overnight.
