The Tri-County Supportive Housing Services (SHS) Request for Programmatic Qualifications (RFPQ) is the result of a partnership between Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties. This regional procurement closed in January, and will establish a pool of organizations qualified to provide supportive housing services for the next five years.
The list of qualified providers from the RFPQ is slated to be finalized in a matter of days, and will provide services to support key SHS components, including:
Outreach and engagement Shelter and transitional housing Connections to stable housing Supportive housing stabilization services Wraparound supports Our SHS program will follow its established allocation process, where program offers indicating available funding for specified programs and services will be released to the pool of qualified providers. Subsequent contracts will lay the groundwork to rollout the second wave of services throughout the remainder of FY 2021-22 and into FY 2022-23. Our program's goal to release program offers, execute contracts, and initiate new services as soon as possible to make further progress toward our Local Implementation Plan goals this fiscal year.
