Description

PHOENIX, AZ —The Phoenix Children's Museum announced Thursday that it will be offering mask-required and mask-optional days beginning next month. Starting on March 1, which is Tuesday, masks will continue to be required for all visitors regardless of vaccination status on Sundays, Mondays —when the museum is open —and Tuesdays. This policy will be strictly enforced, according to the museum, which is located at 215 N 7th St. On Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, masks will be optional for everyone visiting the museum, according to the new policy. "This (new policy) will give all visitors a chance to experience the museum in a manner which addresses individual comfort levels," the museum said in a statement. The museum added: "We hope this may be the first step in moving toward a mask-less environment for children and adults to enjoy together." Information about the museum and its mask policy is available on the museum's website.
