We have a 1 year old (birthday 1/17/21) male Golden Retriever named Ruger. He’s up to date on shots and was neutered in January. We got him from a reputable breeder in Kansas last year and I can provide the breeders info, his puppy pics, original paperwork, and current vet records if you are interested. We will be moving from our house soon and renting for a time. So, I am looking for a more suitable home for Ruger than an apartment. He must go to a farm or a house with a large yard. He loves to play and go on walks. He’s still young, so he will get excited to see new things and people. But he calms down and hangs out with me while I work or just watch tv. He’s great with kids (we have four) and loves their attention. He’s potty trained and kennel trained. He is also used to an invisble fence and has never left our yard. We did initial puppy classes as well. I haven’t had the time to take his training to the next level, but he could do very well with further training. He will do anything for a treat! I really would like him go to a family that will take care of him and give him plenty attention. A firm rehoming fee of $1,500 does apply. His kennel, brush, and toys can also go with him. Ruger is a special family dog and I am looking for the “right” family for him. If you don’t have the space, both inside and outside for a Golden Retriever, please do not contact us.
