OVERVIEW Resort Maintenance Managers are responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of resort grounds, facilities, streets, equipment and utility systems at an individual property. They supervise all aspects of new model home set-ups and ensure completion of all city permits and coding. Resort Maintenance Managers also supervise and oversee individual resort maintenance team members.
