As you all are aware there are many scams out there and people who prey on the innocent and nieve and unaware of the world around them, here is some information for those who may look on here for help in doing around the house odds and ends and projects, SO I have come across a man by the name of Joe Brown, he has been taking advantage of innocent people for years by trying to charm his way into your home by offering to do the little projects that the hubby or you can't seem to do without someones help, But you have to be careful in who you let in your home as you don't know their back ground or anything about them period. SO word of advise.. NEVER give him money up front for materials as he is known to take your money and not return to do the job you are wanting done. OR he will go and buy your materials, and what is left over he already has your receipt so he will take what he didn't use and return that and pocket the money you put up front for the material you were told were needed for the job at hand. so You buy all materials and have ready for him to do the job... SO you have let him in your home what do u know about him. SO Joe Brown is a felon and was charged for home burglarys and did time in prison for that crime.. MR Brown does still have sticky fingers and is slick about the things he does and you will find things have come up missing from your home.. He acts all innocent and acts like he is an honest person.. Mr.Brown is far from honest what comes out that mouth is all lies. His truck is a stolen truck with stolen plates out of the city of Independence. He is a wanted on multiple warrants for attempted murder and assault along with burglary against his ex fiance'.. He has a very bad addiction problem, and will do whatever it takes to support his habit. SO please if you have hired him please consider letting him go and get someone that is a professional is licensed and has insurance for liability he has none. He has already taken $20 000 from an innocent couple who all they wanted was a house remodeled to rent out and they had found he was living in the empty house and not really doing much to complete the job at hand.. they ended up hiring a real contractor firing him and KC Handyman PRO who at the time was the lead co. in which Mr Johnson also embezzled that money too not delivering the services he promised to complete. Both men are not reliable or trustworthy to complete a job... Please do not delete this as this will help those who have no clue about these people who are out there looking to scam the next victim,
