The writing was on the wall when Putin was in power the 1st time. Putin wants to bring back the USSR plain and simple. He know controls Chernobyl and that is a very very bad thing. This was not done by Trump but also by Clinton, Bush and Obama.
IN 1991 when the USSR de-solved, The Ukraine, and Crimea were annexed and Russia signed a promise to not invade Ukraine. Putin wants control of the only thing to really make anyone fear him and that is Chernobyl. If Putin is allowed to maintain control of the Chernobyl Nuclear Facility, mark my words, we will see another cold war - Guaranteed!!!
