Schedule: Monday, Tues & Thursday 8:30am - 5pm Wednesday 8:30am - 6pm Friday: 8:30am - 1pm OH-CFAA-AAH-FleetLeasecoord #186 Primary Work: Location: Columbus Fair AA Division: Roadrunner Services The account coordinator handles all matters to do with Fleet Lease accounts and administering daily and weekly support including inventory management and proper staging of vehicles via coordination with operations, account setup in auction system and autoims uploads, expeditiously posting of all charges and timely wire transfers. Qualifications: 1. Provide prompt and courteous service: both on the phone and in person. Customers are usually captive lease, banks, automotive manufacturers, finance and other commercial automotive finance and remarketing providers. A. Demonstrate friendliness and proper phone etiquette with every customer. B. Maintain a professional appearance and work area consistent with the Handbook. C. Meet important deadlines each day. 2. Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention for all contacts and transactions. 3. Be familiar with procedures for handling all aspects of customer complaints or disputes. 4. Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner. Advise the Manager of all serious complaints or incidences. 5. Compile information needed for various reports and assist in coordinating project-oriented duties at the direction of the Manager. 6. Maintain various files and confidential data; produce confidential reports and correspondence for the Manager. 7. Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance. 8. Maintain a good flow of communication with the all auction personnel. 9. Monitor all vehicle staging processes and areas for appropriate conditions and ensure they are prepared within corporate standards for auction sale in the lanes and online via simulcast. 10. Proper maintenance and accuracy of vehicle inventory for customer on site at auto auction in in the system. Proactively notify manager and arrange for corrections or maintenance needs immediately. One (1) to two (2) years administrative support or similar experience preferred. Automotive dealership, finance or fleet management experience preferred. Account management experience required. Must be exceptionally organized and an outstanding time management Eye for details Competent withbasic MS Office and learning auto auction software Experience with AutoIMS or other remarkeitng software helpful.
