Porter/Landscaper - full-time

Property Management Company in Pacific Beach is looking for reliable, honest and detail-oriented, individual with porter, landscaping and general labor experience. Must have clean and safe driving record to operate a company van. The applicant will need to be able to solve problems and perform tasks to keep properties looking clean and organized. Responsibilities will inlude: 1. Operate tools and grounds keeping equipment 2. Perform debris removal for large clean-ups (must be able to lift 50lbs). 3. Clean, dispose of trash, pull weeds around external grounds of properties. 4. Operate a pressure washer. 5. Remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures. 6. Perform minor cleaning services and wipe downs of the interior of units. 7. Move furniture carefully and perform general tasks to assemble and breakdown furniture. 8. Perform general demolition duties. Must be comfortable with technology and be familiar with using an iPhone. Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S., a valid CA Driver's license, and must complete an I-9 form. Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle.
