Responsibilities: -Ensure cleanliness, appearance and upkeep of all commercial and residential properties in a timely manner -Make sure that all sanitary products are stocked and available for common area restrooms (paper towels, toilet seat covers and hand soap) - Sweep, mop and power wash building common areas -Take trash out and line trash cans daily -Other cleaning of common areas as needed -Remove graffiti as needed -Maintain inventory of all cleaning products and materials necessary for the job -Clean vacant units as directed by Property Manager -Other duties are directed by Property Manager This role starts immediately, and would be full time 40 hours per week
