I was KICKED OFF OF EBAY !! HELP !!

I was scammed on eBay, and said some bad things to seller - - eBay read, and kicked me off (for good !) - - - I need to know how to get reinstated. I tried making up about 3 new accounts, but each time eBay suspended all of these accounts almost within 20-minutes ! I need someone to walk me through how to get back on ! Thanks ! Steve
