Installation Supervisor Office Furniture company seeks experienced Hands On Installation Supervisor to oversee team and projects in the Central Texas area. Summary: This position assumes full responsibility for: on-site customer satisfaction, excellent execution of projects, field logistics, issue management, training and supervision of field crew personnel. This individual must be able to provide subject matter expertise during job planning, estimating and job completion.   Relevant experience should include experience with All major manufacturers' products including modular workstations, cased goods furniture, and ancillary product installation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Responsible for field crew performance, development and resulting job profitability. Coordinates with Operations Manager to recruit, hire, train, discipline and dismiss field crew employees, as needed. Conducts regular performance reviews and provides continual guidance and feedback to all field crew regarding successes, failures and opportunities. Establishes and improves field procedures to ensure safe and successful installs. Pushes teams to increase the profitability of installations while maintaining safety, quality and customer service standards. Reviews plans, specifications and sites prior to installations, and coordinates with Project Manager to ensure efficient job execution. Dispatches all field teams from our shop. Makes sure they have all necessary team members, tools and equipment to complete the job. Examines all Work Orders prior to dispatch to ensure accuracy and clarity of instructions, also meets with Team Leads to review the days job plan. Visits job sites regularly to ensure proper execution and maintains consistent presence on larger jobs in order to coordinate Team Leads and manage overall logistics. Establishes and maintains the highest level of customer service, trains all field crew members in standards of professional conduct and monitors job sites for adherence to these standards. Maintains the capacity and willingness to work a flexible schedule, and to be available to crew members at any time when active installations are taking place.   EOE We are located in Round Rock and are primarily complete work from North of San Antonio to Waco and everywhere in between.
