Description
We have a 9 year old client just south of Farmington, MN in Randolph, MN. She requires assist with all ADL's. She has a G-tube, wears glasses and hearing aides. She requires assistance transferring and positioning. She has a stander, Rifton bike and scooter due to chronic weakness.She has Trisomy 10. She is incontinent and wears diapers. The mom also requests assistance with meal prep. Mom makes "all natural" shakes for the client and requires assistance with this.Family is AWESOME to work with!!!!We are looking for an LPN or RN to work 2-3 days per week, working 10-12 hour shifts.Please call Rachelle 651-460-4201 with questions.
