Rock Lead Guitarist Wanted

We have a lead vocalist and song writer, rhythm guitarist and bass guitarist, and currently auditioning drummers (developing band), we are looking for the following: Lead Guitarist to do rock covers and originals. Working on 2 original albums. Ability to jam and shred, but also be able to learn cover lead parts, and especially come up with creative parts for new songs. **Must be a natural excellent lead player, be able to step in and jam to a flow of changes and dynamics, good and ideally exciting stage presence, able to bring the guitar candy, and mostly be able to work well with the band team and have time and the desire to practice, play out, do studio recordings and create new music. NOTE: If you’re not able to put in the practice time, please do not audition, our band is progressing quickly and you’ll need to be practiced up and ready when we get together for practice. Having said that, we are actually a laid back fun band, easy going, easy to get along with (looking for the same), but also serious about sounding great, getting tight, are focused on a larger vision to do big things, and therefore are looking to create a long term stable band family.
