Automation Specialist Stanion Wholesale Electric Co., Inc. Wichita, KS--199 Full Time Stanion Wholesale Electric Co., a regional leader in the distribution sales of electrical materials, services, and supplies, seeks a highly motivated self-starter to serve as Automation Specialist. The successful candidate will lead the promotion and sales efforts for the Rockwell Automation Plant PAX (Process Automation Platform), (and other associated partner brands) throughout the central and western areas of Kansas. Successful candidate will be experienced with industrial plant processes, DCS (Distributed Control Systems), computers, PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers) and their associated hardware. The responsibilities for the position include business development, business/sales plan development and execution, internal and external customer training, internal and external product sales support (including proposal and quotation development) and to serve as a liaison with key vendor partners. Strong interpersonal communications, technical and commercial knowledge of applicable and related products, analytical problem solving, team selling, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication skills required.
