As a successful Labor Crew Lead with MBI Contractors, Inc, you will be an independent contractor who shows up consistently with a great attitude and has a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work. This is a full labor position, which means you will be hands-on in all areas of the project while leading 4-6 other members of the team. You must be able to analyze and resolve unusual or difficult problems and have considerable knowledge of work hazards and applicable safety precautions associated with assigned areas of work. Examples of projects include: digging trenches, setting posts, digging/grading dirt, moving materials as needed, picking up scrap materials from houses/job sites, and keeping job sites tidy. Minimum two years’ experience is required. OSHA Certification is a plus. Please provide work history with good references. We operate year-round, and all jobsites are located in the Woodland Park area, so reliable transportation is a must. Pay will be based on experience and determined after the interview.
